Free Platform
No platform subscription. No seat fees. Start with discovery, targeted assurance, and approved service coordination.
Enterprise
For departments and business units connecting systems, policies, evidence workflows, and executive reporting.
Custom Enterprise
For multi-region, regulated, or high-complexity operations requiring tailored governance and integration planning.
1% External Service Coordination
When a customer authorizes BKA to coordinate an approved third-party service, vendor, RFQ, sourcing process, or outsourced project, BKA earns a 1% coordination fee based on the approved external service value.
1% Verified Internal Savings
When BKA identifies measurable internal savings—such as validated leakage reduction, duplicate-cost recovery, avoided loss, or operational improvement—and the customer verifies those savings, BKA earns a 1% performance fee on the verified savings.
No qualifying approved external coordination or verified internal savings in a month means no 1% fee for that category.
The two fee paths are separate. BKA does not charge twice for the same value unless a written customer agreement specifically says otherwise. All qualifying amounts, timing, and definitions are documented in the customer agreement and monthly statement.
During the agreed 30–60-day evaluation, the customer keeps 100% of realized savings. Fees begin only after the evaluation and signed agreement.
